GRAYSLAKE, IL, APRIL 26, 2021 – We are proud to announce that Cindy Mittlestaedt, Financial Planning Partner and Advisor at Aspire Planning Group, has been awarded the Certified Financial Planner designation from the CFP® Board of Standards.

“This accomplishment is important to me because it is really the culmination of my years of study and experience in the fields of insurance, taxation, real estate, accounting and investments. , besides being the planner that I naturally am, ”said Cindy. “I have seen with my own eyes where a lack of financial planning has devastated a family’s future, and I want to make a difference by helping people not to repeat this scenario. I think the financial planning process is a very personalized, long-term process that requires understanding an increasingly complex landscape. “

The CFP® designation identifies individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP® Board of Directors, have successfully completed financial planning courses, and have passed the CFP® certification exam covering the areas the following: fundamentals of financial planning, risk management and insurance planning, education planning, investment management, tax planning, retirement savings and benefits and fringe benefits, and estate planning. CFP® professionals also agree to meet continuing education requirements and abide by the code of ethics, standards of conduct and financial planning practice standards of the CFP® Board of Directors.

“I am delighted to have another CFP® professional on our team. Helping clients achieve their goals requires knowledge of investments, tax planning, insurance and other areas, said Julie Hupp, president of Aspire Planning Group. The CFP® designation confirms that we have the expertise to provide this advice.

Cindy has been a professional in the financial services industry since 1989 and works with clients on their long-term financial goals. She joined Aspire Planning Group in 2018. Cindy received a Bachelor of Finance degree from Northern Illinois University.
